Veracross Access FAQ
A: In your web browser, go to http://www.sttimothys.org. Click on the Veracross Login link at the top of the page. At the login screen, type in your username and password into their respective boxes.
A: While on the Parent Home Page, click on the name of the student whose schedule you wish to examine. Click on the Schedule link on the left side of the page.

A: While on the Parent Home Page, click on the My Household link. Click in any field which needs changes, delete the current information, and then enter the new information. Click on the Update button once all changes are made.

A: While on the Parent Home Page, click on the name of the student whose grades you wish to examine. Click on the Grades link on the left side of the page.

A: While on the Parent Home Page, click on the Current Homework link. For more detailed information, click on the name of the student whose grades you wish to examine. Click on the Assignments link on the left side of the page.

A: While on the Parent Home Page Click on the Find Assignments link on the right side of the page. Type in the name of your student in the Student Value box. In the Assignment Type Value box, click on Quiz. In the Due Date box, verify that the date is on or after the desired date. Click on Run Query.

A: While on the Parent Home Page, click on the Incomplete Assignments link. Beside the name of the student whose incomplete assignment you wish to examine, click on the Detail link. Click the checkbox beside Reviewed by Parent, and then click on the Update button.

A: Other parents are able to see information similar to the St. Timothy's Family Directory. Parents are only able to see grades for their own students. When viewing a class, parents will be able see what other students are in the class, though no other specific information is available.
